Welcome to Soul of Art & Craft India. Every product is thoughtfully designed and carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. By placing an order, you agree to the following store policies.

Digital Products

• All digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment.

• Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges once a digital product has been purchased or downloaded.

• Digital products are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise specified.

• Copying, sharing, reselling, redistributing, modifying, or reproducing any part of our digital products without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Physical Products

• Every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch.

• As many of our products are handmade or handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.

• Product colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and photography.

Order Processing

• Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Processing times may be extended during product launches, sales, festivals, or public holidays.

• Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS, where applicable.

Shipping

• We currently ship across India.

• Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner.

• While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. Refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not available once the purchase has been completed.

Physical Products

Returns or replacements are accepted only if you receive:

• A damaged product

• A defective product

• An incorrect item

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery along with the required proof.

Products will not be eligible for return or replacement in the following cases:

• Damage caused after delivery.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Minor variations in handmade products.

• Change of mind or personal preference.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any claim relating to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items.

The video must:

• Clearly show the sealed package before opening.

• Display the shipping label.

• Record the complete unboxing process in one continuous take without any cuts, pauses, or edits.

• Clearly show the condition of the product and all contents inside the package.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange, except where otherwise required under applicable law.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, illustrations, tutorials, practice sheets, photographs, videos, logos, product designs, and other creative content available on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Soul of Art & Craft.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Pricing & Taxes

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).

• Prices shown on our website are inclusive of applicable GST, wherever applicable.

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
